Image of the Month
April
I love Deer and really I have spent the last twenty years photographing them, mainly Red and Fallow. Roe Deer have always been my favourite but they were my bogey animal and no matter how hard I tried I couldn't do them justice. So to finally get some decent images of them is a great feeling. Roe are one of the hardest species to get near too as they are very shy and the slightest movement or noise gives the game away. I will keep going back to this new location over the next few years now but I really want them in their summer coat and with all that heather in flower I can already visualise the image.
